Purpose

Visa for Bangladesh Nationals

--

General documents required for all type of Visa (Bangladesh national):

• Properly filled up online application form (ONE SET) with signature of the applicant – (www.indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa)
• 2 recent Passport size photos (51mm x 51mm) not older than Three months, no uniform, with white background with DARK DRESS and frontal view. Eyebrows should be visible. Ears, forehead chin to be completely visible In case of locals wearing qandoura the background should be in light blue. Clarity of the photo is very important - Edited, blurred or unclear photos should not be accepted.
• Original passport with photocopy with valid UAE residence visa page
• Copy of hotel booking confirmation
• Copy of Birth Certificate/Bangladesh National ID card copy (only in English)
• Copy of Emirates ID
• Salary Certificate from Local company/sponsor
• Latest 6 months Bank Statement with original stamp of the bank (Savings Account) which is under applicant name with a minimum balance of AED 1200
• In case of dependents salary certificate and NOC with Mode of salary pay and Bank statement of sponsor is required.
• Tenancy contract (if tenancy contract is in Arabic then legal translation is required)/ telephone Bill / Electricity Bill– Any one of these. Residence proof if it is not under the name of applicant and if he is living as a tenant he needs to get a letter from his landlord attested by the Dubai Courts and passport copy of the landlord.

For Tourist Visa:

• Monthly income of an Applicant/Parent/Guardian/Spouse should be 20000 Bangladesh TAKA and above
• Applicant working government sector of Bangladesh in UAE needs to provide the clearance letter (NOC) from the office.
• Applicant working in Private sector in UAE needs to provide clearance letter (NOC) from the office.
• If self-employed he needs to provide valid trade license copy.

For Business Visa:

• Original NOC from current company & Valid Trade License copy
• Invitation letter from India the letter should indicate the city of visit and duration of the stay for the purpose. Letter should be attested by federation of Indian chamber of commerce and industry (FCCI), Reserve bank of India(RBI), CII) any one of these attestations. And Valid Trade License copy
• Letter of credit from India(Bank)
• Nature of business and copy of invitation
• Applicant visiting to Restricted place or cantonment areas in India these cases will be treated as a reference cases
• Company turn over should be 50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh TAKA) per annum
• Applicants individual income should be 5, 00,000 (Five lakh TAKA) per annum needs to provide salary certificate and salary statements latest last 6 months.
• In case of an own company applicant needs to provide last 2 years Audit Account copy.

Note:

• Two months gap is applicable for Bangladesh Nationals
• Non-residents cannot apply for any type of visa.
• It is mandatory to mention the entry and exit Airport name (airport name should be same) on the application.
